There are a number of good books available but the most recommended are:
Before purchasing books and DVD’s etc it is recommended that club members seek advice from the club senior instructors. It is all to easy to be impressed by exciting karate action pictures or films, but unfortunatly many Books and DVD’s etc are not appropriate to our style, or way of practice/development. |
