40th Portsmouth open Karate Tournament 2010 - Saturday 20th November This years Portsmouth Open Karate Tournament was a very well attended event. With some 300 competitors from as far as Holland, Saltash/Plymouth and the midlands the various sections were both well supported and contested. Portchester club was unfortunately only able to enter a modest entry of some seven competitors, led by coach and senior instructor Sensei Pat O'Sullivan. There was to be a larger club entry, but work and other commitments conspired to prevent this happening. Non the less those representing the club did well and achieved a range of finalist positions. The results were:
